Construction Consulting Service Agreement

This contract is specifically tuned for the Consulting side (advice and planning) rather than physical labor management.

STRATEGIC CONSTRUCTION CONSULTING AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES This Agreement is made between Holland Way LLC ("Consultant") and [Client Name] ("Client") for consulting services regarding the project at [Project Address/Description].

2. CONSULTING SERVICES Consultant agrees to provide professional expertise including, but not limited to:

  • Pre-construction feasibility studies and site analysis.

  • Budget auditing and "money pit" identification.

  • Zoning law navigation and blueprint review.

  • Expert advice on material selection and project sequencing.

3. COMPENSATION & BILLING

  • Monthly Consulting Retainer: Client shall pay a recurring fee of $349.00 per month. This fee covers general availability, administrative overhead, and one (1) monthly project status review (up to 30 minutes).

  • Hourly Professional Rate: All active consulting work (site visits, document review, research, and meetings) shall be billed at $60.00 per hour, tracked in 30-minute increments.

  • Payment Terms: The $349 retainer is due on the [1st] of each month. Hourly billables will be invoiced every [Monthly/25th] and are due within [7] business days of receipt.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Consultant provides expert advice based on industry standards. Client acknowledges that Consultant is acting in an advisory capacity only. Final decisions regarding the hire of contractors or the commencement of construction are the sole responsibility of the Client. Consultant is not a licensed architect or structural engineer (unless otherwise stated).

5. TERMINATION This agreement is "at-will" and may be canceled by either party with [7] days' notice. Any outstanding hourly fees incurred prior to termination remain due and payable.
